Clemson University, Clemson, S.C., announced that the following area residents have earned degrees: Louisa Marie Guminski of Colts Neck, Bachelor of Science degree in psychology; Michael Ryan Lopes of Freehold, Master of Science degree in marketing; Samantha P. Schutte of Morganville, Bachelor of Science degree in financial management; and Laura Tashian of Freehold, Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.

Danielle Rose Carara of Manalapan has been named to the president’s list (no grade below an A-) at Elon University, Elon, N.C., for the 2020 spring semester. She was named to the dean’s list for the 2019 fall semester. Dannielle is the daughter of Matthew A. Carara and Jennifer Carara.

Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pa., has named Samantha Leitner of Freehold, Samantha N Mikos of Freehold and Nicolette Sperczak of Marlboro to the Spring 2020 dean’s list.

Matthew Magliozzi of Marlboro was named to the dean’s list for the 2020 spring semester at the State University of New York, Oneonta, N.Y. Matthew is studying childhood education.

Teresa Dinh of Marlboro has been elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest and most widely recognized academic honor society, through the Delta of New Jersey chapter at The College of New Jersey, Ewing. Teresa is a biology student at TCNJ.

Kaitlyn Patryn of Manalapan has been named to the dean’s list for the 2020 spring semester at Cedar Crest College, Allentown, Pa.

Hannah Lin of Manalapan, a molecular biology major at Grove City College, Grove City, Pa., has been named to the dean’s list with high distinction (GPA from 3.85 to 4.0) for the 2020 spring semester. Hannah is the daughter of the Rev. Ben and Lisa Lin.

York College of Pennsylvania, York, Pa., has named the following Freehold residents to the dean’s list for the 2020 spring semester: Trevor Amann, Amy McGee and Alexa Scranton.

Courtney Sager of Colts Neck has received a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Erika Sclafani of Colts Neck graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in public health and a Bachelor of Science in public health from College of Charleston, S.C. in May 2020.

Nicole Miller of Manalapan has become a member of the Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa., First Generation Honor Society. The Tri-Alpha Honor Society honors outstanding students who are the first in their family to attend college. Nicole is a member of the Class of 2020.

Fairfield University, Fairfield, Conn., announced that Shannon M. McDade of Manalapan and Alessio M. Amaturo of Morganville graduated in May 2020.

Mary Hanna-Alla of Morganville received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio, during the Spring 2020 Commencement.

Eric Manoukian of Manalapan has been named to the dean’s list at Endicott College, Beverly, Mass., for the 2020 spring semester. Eric is majoring in finance and is the son of Elina Avetisyan and Artour Manoukian.

Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa., has announced the graduation of the following area residents: Lara Atry of Morganville, Magna Cum Laude, Bachelor of Arts in theater and media and communication; Danielle Burg of Morganville, Bachelor of Arts in Theater and media and communication; Nathaniel Corvil of Freehold, Bachelor of Arts in business administration and a minor in innovation and entrepreneurship; Meray Faragalla of Marlboro, Summa Cum Laude, Bachelor of Arts and Science in biology and public health; Eden Keinan of Marlboro, Cum Laude, Bachelor of Arts in psychology; Nicole Miller of Manalapan, Magna Cum Laude, Bachelor of Arts in media and communication and film studies; Julianna Mindlin of Morganville, Cum Laude, Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in Asian studies; and Michael Schwartz of Morganville, Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in Russian studies.

Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania has named Katelyn Arrigo of Manalapan and Brittany Fersht of Marlboro to the 2020 spring dean’s list.

The College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Va., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2020 spring semester: Nicholas Kaufman and Lauren Tucker of Manalapan, and Marissa Ho and Kevin Marien of Morganville.
