Tri-Town News On Campus, June 17

Clemson University, Clemson, S.C., awarded degrees to the following area residents in May 2020: Gabrielle Christine Nuzzi of Howell, Bachelor of Science degree in accounting; Alexandra M. Omelczuk of Howell, Bachelor of Science degree in marketing; Kyle Thomas O’Neill of Howell, Bachelor of Science degree in management; and Marianne K. Velez of Howell, Master of Science degree in biological sciences.

Cullen Lloyd of Howell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering at Grove City College, Grove City, Pa., on May 16, 2020. He was named to the dean’s list with distinction (GPA from 3.6 to 3.84) for the 2020 spring semester. Cullen is a 2016 graduate of Calvary Christian School and is the son of William and Kelly Lloyd.

Karlie Doyle of Howell has been named to the Spring 2020 dean’s list at Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pa.

Kylie Elizabeth Wilkes of Howell was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College, New London, Conn., on May 29, 2020. Kylie majored in computer science.

York College of Pennsylvania, York, Pa., named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2020 spring semester: Zachary Agulian of Howell, Rori Englert of Jackson, Ena Haltigan of Jackson, Alexis Hart of Howell, Thomas Laskiewicz of Jackson and Sierra Schiavone of Jackson.

The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Ala., has awarded degrees to the following area residents: Erin Bilder of Jackson, Bachelor of Science in commerce and business administration; Vincent Murphy of Howell, Bachelor of Arts; and Zoe Rosenmertz of Howell, Bachelor of Science in education.

Courtney Walsh of Jackson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from College of Charleston, S.C., in May 2020.

Juliette G. Porcelli of Jackson was among the 15 members of the University of Scranton, Pa., Class of 2020 who graduated from the Business Leadership Honors Program. Students in this program explore the basic theories and concepts of leadership through special seminars and courses in management, ethics, strategy and analysis, plus field trips to learn from executives, and projects in leadership, service and mentoring. Juliette majored in accounting.

Siena College, Loudonville, N.Y., has named Jackson residents Robert Mahala and Tatiana Wypych to the dean’s list for the Spring 2020 semester.

Michael Reilly of Howell has graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and accounting from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa.

Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania has named Jackson residents Alexis Novotny and Mikayla Greenway to the Spring 2020 dean’s list.
