Marlboro planners will hear details of commercial project

MARLBORO – An application that proposes the construction of a two-story warehouse and office building on Boundary Road is expected to be heard by the Marlboro Planning Board on July 15.

The application proposed by SRS Enterprises Inc. is represented by attorney Salvatore Alfieri. The application regards the use of a 10-acre property on Boundary Road near its intersection with Vanderburg Road.

Boundary Road is the border of Marlboro and Colts Neck.

SRS Enterprises is proposing to construct a two-story, 39,458-square-foot building that would contain 19,893 square feet of warehouse/manufacturing space and 19,565 square feet of office space.

The applicant will also propose a future addition of 72,592 square feet, consisting of 53,027 square feet of warehouse space and 19,565 square feet of office space.

The application provides 80 parking spaces at the site and loading areas on the north side of the property.

Residents may participate in the public portion of the hearing remotely by following instructions provided on Marlboro’s municipal website.
