Eleanor Wilton of Girl Scout Troop 70913 earned her Girl Scout Gold Award through her project, “Stress Management and Coping Skills," which consisted of planning, organizing and leading workshops for middle schoolers to learn about stress from an age-appropriate scientific perspective, have open discussions about stress and explore coping techniques, and the creation and distribution of informational pamphlets for both students and parents about stress and coping skills.
