Old Bridge welcome two franchise chains: Chick-fil-A and Tractor Supply Company

OLD BRIDGE – Two franchise chains have made Old Bridge home.

Township officials welcomed business operators James and Lucy Cordero of Chick-fil-A with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Sept. 10, and a ribbon cutting ceremony with Store Manager Michael Wechsier of Tractor Supply Company is set for Sept. 19.

“The anticipation of Chick-fil-A and Tractor Supply opening has been overwhelming,” Mayor Owen Henry said. “We are very fortunate to have them now located in Old Bridge.”

Chick-fil-A, a fast food restaurant known for its chicken sandwiches, is located at 770 Texas Road in the Costco Plaza. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The chain is closed on Sunday.

Tractor Supply Company, a home improvement store, is located at 1976 Englishtown Road. The store opened on Sept. 10.

“It’s great to see these major franchise chains and even smaller entrepreneurs still investing in Old Bridge during these times [of the novel coronavirus pandemic] and providing jobs for our community,” Steve Mamakas, executive officer of the Office of the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development.
