Expressive Arts Cafe reopens today, including open mic, art journaling

PHOTOS COURTESY OF KATE GREGORY — Kate Gregory designed a mural for the inside of the NAMI-NJ headquarters in North Brunswick, unveiling her 8-foot by 11.5-foot mural during the National Alliance on Mental Illness's open house on May 18.

NAMI NJ (National Alliance on Mental Illness-New Jersey chapter) will reopen its Expressive Arts Cafe at 1 p.m. today, Oct. 19.

Includes open mic, storytelling, COVID-19 reflections, art journaling and poetry slam.
