He was again charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault, second degree sexual assault, and second degree endangering the welfare of another child, the fourth thus far, on Oct. 18, according to updated information provided on Oct. 19.

In addition, Charmaine Larkin, 44, of South River, the day care director, was processed and released on Oct. 19 on a charge of failure to report child abuse, a disorderly persons offense.

Finn was charged following an investigation by Detective Matthew Kenny of the Sayreville Police Department and Detective Suzanne Kowalski of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, which determined the victims were sexually abused at the day care, according to the allegations.
