Goldberg Segalla adds associate to Trucking and Transportation sector in Princeton

Goldberg Segalla added associate Mufaddal Mithaiwala to the firm’s Trucking and Transportation group in Princeton.

Mithaiwala was previously with Callahan & Fusco, LLC, in Roseland.

Mithaiwala defends a wide variety of businesses and professionals in trucking, automobile liability, premises liability, and New York Labor Law litigation in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. With a focus on handling personal injury, general liability, and construction and New York Labor Law matters, he also draws on broad civil litigation experience spanning toxic torts, product liability, asbestos, insurance coverage, and condominium law.

Mithaiwala received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and his juris doctor from New England Law Boston. During his time at law school, he was a consistent recipient of Dean’s List Awards, and also received the CHHEP Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.
