During a wide-ranging discussion with hosts Al Cinni and Joe Asumendi, Garza offered insight on how he can help any business with their start up process, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Garza is a corporate attorney focusing on start-up companies, emerging companies and the middle market. He helps structure businesses to optimize growth and protect their assets.

He handles various types of transactions including real estate, banking, and finance.

Licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Garza is admitted to all federal courts in the major metropolitan areas of those jurisdictions. His practice is based out of Princeton.

During the show, Garza explained how his firm helps businesses and entrepreneurs start companies by taking the correct legal actions.

According to Garza, “It may sound counterintuitive, but we are seeing startups and small businesses being formed during this COVID and recession period. It is important to have legal advice at every stage of this process.”
