Join the Dowdell Library in South Amboy for a holiday celebration at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 17 at the library, John O’Leary Boulevard, adjacent to South Amboy Middle High School.
The concert will be presented by Collegium Musicum, featuring the Veritas Youth Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Mira Kang, artistic director. It will be livestreamed to patrons at the library.
Veritas orchestra students are members of youth orchestras throughout Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Many have participated in the Lancaster Lebanon Music Educator’s Association (LLMEA) Festivals at both the middle school and high school level, and some students have gone on to make it into District, Regional,and All-State orchestras through the Pennsylvania Music Educator’s Association (PMEA).
