East Brunswick Elks support military children

East Brunswick Elks Lodge 2370 made and sold holiday ornaments and displayed them in the lodge on the Freedom Tree. Each ornament was inscribed with a wounded or fallen New Jersey veteran, all proceeds going to the veterans/Army of Hope committees.

Elks’ National “Spotlight Grant” and members’ donations allowed the East Brunswick Elks to donate more than $2,145 worth of youth winter jackets, hats, scarves, mitten and gloves for East Brunswick’s Navy & Coast Guard League’s children.
The committee, led by Aimee Schneider, includes Jane Salski, Barbara Labik, Jeannie Laebosky, Marian Walko, Bob Coyle, Colleen Murphy, Beverly Christianson; and Dan Dermer, the C.E.O. of the Navy & Coast Guard of Middlesex County League.
