Woodbridge man charged with vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated

A man was charged on Jan. 22 for his involvement in the death of a pedestrian who he struck with his vehicle.

Andrew Hallock, 75, of the Fords section of Woodbridge, was charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated, according to information provided by Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Director Robert Hubner of the Woodbridge Police Department.
