Town halls will address COVID-19 vaccines for minorities

The New Jersey Department of Health will offer a virtual town hall, Saving Lives with the COVID-19 Vaccine in New Jersey’s Black & Caribbean Communities, at 7 p.m. Feb. 11.

Panelists will be Dr. Chris T. Pernell, Dr. Harold LaRoche and Dr. Amesika N. Nyaku, moderated by Dr. Kemi Alli.

A second virtual town hall, Saving Lives with the COVID-19 Vaccine in New Jersey’s Latinx Communities, will be held at 7 p.m. Feb. 15.

Panelists include Dr. Marcella Perez, DNP Gina Miranda-Diaz and Dr. Luis Espina, moderated by Amanda Medina-Forrester.
