NORTH BRUNSWICK – The North Brunswick business community welcomed the opening of a new Minuteman Press commercial printing franchise, owned by township residents Buvana and Scott Jackson.

As they personally witnessed the struggles of many businesses over the last year, the Jacksons felt this was the right time to step out of their comfort zone, according to information provided about the company by Noesis Marketing.

Buvana Jackson brings extensive data management experience combined with analytical, technical and interpersonal skills.

“I came from a family of entrepreneurs and always wanted to own a business. Since the 1970s my father and our extended family owned a large submersible pumps factory. They showed me that owning your own business gives you a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment that you cannot get working for others. It’s about how much you can use your entrepreneurial mindset to achieve a greater good and pay it forward,” she said in the statement.

Scott Jackson added, “My experience working for a huge company planning and executing large corporate meetings, events, and tradeshows for our clients showed me how much I enjoyed helping businesses bring their vision to reality. This is an opportunity for me to work and help clients directly.”

Buvana and Scott Jackson realized that every business needs some type of printed marketing support, according to the statement. By providing a full range of print products and services, this endeavor gives them the opportunity to help other businesses grow.

“We are so much more than a printer. Certainly, we produce letterhead and business cards. More importantly, we have the ability to have a greater positive impact on business growth with marketing tools such as direct mail and promotional products,” Buvana Jackson said in the statement.

North Brunswick was the logical choice for their new venture because of its wide variety of businesses and its proximity to New Brunswick and South Brunswick, the couple said in the statement. As residents of North Brunswick, they appreciate the town’s strong sense of community which they hold near and dear to their hearts, according to the statement.

Minuteman Press North Brunswick can take care of brochures, booklets, fliers, banners, posters, signs, direct mail, Every Door Direct Mail, variable data services, t-shirts and apparel, pens, promotional products, business cards, calendars, greeting cards, catalogs and manuals, forms, labels and stickers, memo pads and note pads, menus, postcards, presentation folders and report covers, stamps, stationery and letterhead, tickets and raffle books, graphic design and more.

Minuteman Press is located at 1040A Orchard St., North Brunswick. Scott Jackson oversees sales and operations while Buvana Jackson is responsible for marketing, advertising and the financial health of the business.
