South River police confirm more than 1,400 positive COVID-19 cases since last March

SOUTH RIVER–The South River Police Department has been notified by the Middlesex County Health Department that 1,401 total residents have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) since last March.

Twenty borough residents have passed away due to COVID-19 in the same timeframe, according to reports.
