LeGrand Coffee House set to open in his hometown of Woodbridge later this year

Following a recent launch of his own coffee business and online shop, Eric LeGrand officially announced on March 10 that the brick-and-mortar location of LeGrand Coffee House will be part of a new development at 10 Green St. in his hometown of Woodbridge.

Being developed by Prism Capital Partners, Avenue & Green is located next to the Woodbridge Train Station at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Green Street. The five-acre redevelopment will be a mixed-use facility that consists of 232 residential apartments and 12,000 square feet of retail space.

LeGrand Coffee House is expected to open in late summer or early fall.

In October 2010, LeGrand sustained a spinal cord injury at his C3 and C4 vertebrae while playing football for Rutgers University which has left him paralyzed.
