The upcoming ballot drawing for the positioning of candidates for the 2021 Primary Election will be held at 3 p.m. April 16 at the Commissioners Meeting Room in the County Administration Building in New Brunswick.

Due to the ongoing efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, all county buildings, including the Administration Building, are closed to the public; therefore, this ballot drawing will be available for view via a live stream on BrightCove.

The streaming links will be distributed via the county’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter, and on the Elections page of the County website at 2:45 p.m. on the day of the drawing.

Viewers joining the live stream during the event will not be able to rewind or play-from-beginning due to the platform’s capability.

Only once the live stream is over will the video be shared in its entirety via that link by the platform, BrightCove.

Questions from the public regarding the drawing can be directed to the Middlesex County Clerk’s Elections Division at 732-745-4202, or email Deborah Braga at deborah.braga@co.middlesex.nj.us.
