Chiquita Pittman of RE/MAX Platinum in North Brunswick has earned the Gold Level Circle of Excellence Award from New Jersey Realtors. The award recognizes Realtors who achieved more than $12 million in sales volume and a minimum of 25 transactions in 2020.
A lifelong New Jersey resident, Pittman is a top-producing real estate agent with more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate. She has earned multiple Circle of Excellence awards. She has also earned numerous RE/MAX Club awards throughout her career, including the 100% Club and Platinum Club awards.
She recently celebrated her 10th year with RE/MAX.
“First and foremost, I am focused on helping my clients. 2020 was a challenging year for many and I am grateful to my clients who continued to place their trust in me as their real estate advisor,” Pittman said in a statement provided by RE/MAX Platinum. “Whether a buyer or seller, this is a challenging market. More than ever before, it’s important to work with an experienced real estate professional.”
Pittman is an active member of the community, serving as co-chair for the New Jersey Realtors Political Action Committee. She coordinated efforts last year to donate masks and gloves to the North Brunswick Volunteer Fire Department.
Pittman also frequently partners with the Puerto Rican Action Board (PRAB) to host free seminars offering tips and advice to help potential first-time buyers determine whether they are ready for home ownership.
Her next homebuying seminar will take place via Zoom at 5 p.m. April 20.
Her expertise in the field is also backed by a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) Designation. She also holds a CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert) Designation for short sales and the RENE designation for Real Estate Negotiator Expert.
