Four Boys Ice Cream makes treats in Englishtown, brings to new Hightstown location; April purchase benefits autism awareness

Four Boys Ice Cream held its grand opening on April 10 at their new location at 112 Main St. in Hightstown Borough.

The business is family-owned and -operated, and all ice cream is homemade and produced at their Englishtown facility.

Hightstown carries 30 flavors of hard ice cream along with soft serve vanilla, chocolate and twist; as well as soft serve yogurt.

Special hard ice cream flavors are rotated throughout the months, and include flavors such as cannoli, red velvet, apple pie, salty pretzel caramel, rum raisin, rocky road, and caramel waffle cone to name a few.

Four Boys offers a sandwich of the month that benefits a local charity. This month is the Cookie Monster Sandwich for Autism Awareness which will benefit My Swim Friends. This sandwich is cookie monster ice cream between homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Their hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
