The Stop Asian Hate rally on March 27 was organized by the Princeton Chinese Community and supported by 18 additional groups.
AAPI Month: Invisible Wounds – Discussion and Resources on handling Asian American Discrimination will be held at 7 p.m. May 21 by the South Brunswick Library.

On World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, join East Brunswick Public Library, Plainsboro Public Library and South Brunswick Public Library for this Asian-American discrimination awareness program.

The goal is to create a venue where people can share their experiences, thoughts and fears, in addition to resources and ways to handle the discrimination faced by the so-called “model minority.”

Asian-American discrimination can be insidious and easy to overlook, but it is very real; the goal is to educate communities on how to identify and prevent it.

A series of panelists will speak on different aspects of the subject, such as the impact of rhetoric, or what to do when you become a target or audience of racial discrimination.

Each will be followed by a conversation segment in which the audience is invited and encouraged to participate by asking questions or sharing their own views and experiences.

Registration is required for the Zoom link.
