At The Pennington School’s Senior Prize Ceremony on June 3, Dean of Academic Affairs Scott Peeler announced the names of 11 seniors elected as spring inductees to the school’s chapter of the Cum Laude Society.

Eligibility is determined by grade point average, and no more than 20% of the graduating class can be elected—up to 10% early in the senior year, and the remainder in the spring.

The school views selection for membership as one of the highest honors it can confer, according to information provided by The Pennington School.

The new members of Cum Laude are Aishwarrya Arun of Monroe, Tingbang Bao of the Zhejiang Province of China, Emily Barkley of Lawrenceville, Corinne Coakley of Pennington, Stas Korzeniowski of Skillman, Neha Kunta of Bordentown, Sushuang Lu of Hangzhow in China, Madelyn Saltstein of New Hope in Pennsylvania, An-lin Sloan of Flemington, Julian Thomas of New Hope in Pennsylvania and Shealyn Tirendi of Stockton.

The students who were inducted into the Cum Laude Society in the fall are William Bernal, Sophia Cano, Xingrui Chen, Matthew Cooper, Kailey Dierk, Alexander Huang-Menders, Shivant Krishnan, Minghao Li, Rohit Pothacamury, Trinity Pryor, Olivia Schroeder-Positano and Haichuan Wang.
