A Village Square resident told police that a woman she did not know attacked her while she was walking to her home on June 27. The victim was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

A glass window panel was damaged in the Project Freedom Community Center on Heritage Court, sometime between June 26 and 27.

A patient at the Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell reported that during a stay at the hospital, someone stole jewelry valued at more than $1,000. The theft was reported June 30.

An Amberleigh Drive resident reported June 30 that someone had tried to open credit cards in their name in an incident of identity theft.

A 55-year-od Pennington man was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled dangerous substance after he was stopped by police on Route 29, who had been called to the area for a suspected intoxicated driver that had left the restaurant July 2. Police located the vehicle and determined that the man had been driving while under the influence, and was also found to be in possession of suspected cocaine.

An iPad valued at more than $500 was reported stolen from the AT&T store on Denow Road by a customer on July 4. The suspect left the store and got into a vehicle, which headed toward Pennington Road.

A 41-year-old Ewing Township woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after police were dispatched to the Buy-Rite liquor store for a suspected intoxicated driver on July 5. The officer located the vehicle and the driver, and the investigation revealed that she was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence.

A 19-year-old Hamilton Township woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton Township Police Department after police were alerted of a possible stolen vehicle being driven near the Hopewell Crossing Shopping Center on Denow Road on July 5. The U-Haul van had not been returned, per the rental agreement. Police located the van on Pennington Road near I-295 and stopped it. An investigation revealed the warrant for the woman’s arrest.

A 2016 BMW sedan was reported stolen from its owner’s driveway on Honey Brook Drive July 7. The car had reportedly been left unlocked.
