Two incumbents, newcomer in the lead for three seats on Milltown Board of Education

There were elections for three, three-year seats available on the Milltown Board of Education on Nov. 2.

The candidates include incumbents Janice Hodgson, Charles David Oryniak and Patricia Tymon; and newcomers Phoebe Glassner-Meade and Egnita Pardo.

As of press time on Nov. 4, Oryniak, with 881 votes, Tymon, with 863 votes, and Pardo, with 858 votes, are in the lead.

Glassner-Meade follows with 797 votes, and Hodgson received 769 votes.

There were 39 write-in votes.

The results reflect what has been posted online by the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office at this time.

The results of the election will remain unofficial until they are certified.
