EAST BRUNSWICK – The race for a 3-year term on the East Brunswick Township Council is very tight.
Incumbent Democrat Dinesh Behal holds a slight lead over Republican challenger David Herrera, as of press time on Nov. 3.
Tallies will continue to be updated as mail-in ballots are counted.
Election results from the Nov. 2 General Election are not official until certified by Middlesex County.
