Alexander, Faber re-elected in Upper Freehold Township

UPPER FREEHOLD – Incumbent Republicans Stephen Alexander and Robert Faber have won new three-year terms on the Township Committee in Upper Freehold Township. The terms will run from January 2022 through December 2024.

Alexander and Faber ran unopposed in the 2021 election, which was conducted with vote by mail ballots; with early in-person voting on nine days in late October; and with in-person voting on Nov. 2.

Alexander received 2,103 votes and Faber received 2,066 votes, according to results posted online by the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office. The results of the election will remain unofficial until they have been certified by the county.

Republicans will continue to hold all five seats on the governing body. Alexander and Faber are joined on the Township Committee by Dr. Robert Frascella, Stanley Moslowski Jr. and LoriSue H. Mount.

Alexander is an attorney and has been a member of the Township Committee since 2004. Faber is a farmer and has been a member of the governing body since 2007.
