A 46-year-old Trenton man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a car crash on Bayard Lane Dec. 25. During the investigation, police discovered that he had three outstanding warrants from different towns. He was taken to the police department headquarters for processing and then released to the custody of a sober adult, police said.

A woman reported that a man walked up to her and squeezed her buttocks while she was walking her dog on Nassau Street. The incident of criminal sexual contact was reported Dec. 23.

A business check that was intended for another business was reportedly stolen from a U.S. Postal Service mailbox on Palmer Square East Dec. 20. The check for $7,190.90 was cashed by an unknown person who used the name Angel Rodriguez.

A 36-year-old West Windsor man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Alexander Street Dec. 20 after police were called to investigate a reported erratic driver who was driving after the car’s airbags had been deployed. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and released to the custody of a sober adult, according to reports.

A 34-year-old Montgomery Township woman was charged with driving while intoxicated Dec. 20 following a two-car crash on Vandeventer Avenue. She was taken to police headquarters to be processed and released to the custody of a sober adult.

A 26-year-old man was turned over to the Princeton Police Department Dec. 17 after he was arrested on an outstanding warrant by the Lawrence Township Police Department. He was taken to the Mercer County Correction Center on the warrant, which originated in Princeton.

Someone used a Wittmer Court resident’s business checking account information and tried to withdraw money, using two forged checks, according to police reports. The forgery and identity theft incident was reported Dec. 16.

A burglary at a Potters Run home netted thieves $30,000 worth of assorted items Dec. 11. The victims returned home from an event and discovered that the burglars forced their way into the house through a window, which was damaged in the process, according to police reports.

A thief stole several items from the counter of a business at the Princeton Shopping Center Dec. 11. The items were valued at $389.

A 26-year-old Princeton man, who is a former employee at the Walgreens pharmacy at the Princeton Shopping Center, was charged with burglary and theft for allegedly taking $6,100 from a locked safe at the store between Nov. 9 and Dec. 6.

A 67-year-old Princeton woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a car crash on Prospect Avenue Dec. 10. She was taken to police headquarters to be processed and later released to the custody of a sober adult, according to reports.
