Emerson College, Boston, Mass., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester: Ryan Forgosh of Manalapan, journalism, Class of 2025; Chad Fruscione of Marlboro, musical theater, Class of 2025; and Kofoworola Jolaoso of Manalapan, communication studies, Class of 2024.

Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga., presented degrees to 4,900 undergraduate and graduate students during the Institute’s 261st Commencement exercises Dec. 17-18, 2021, at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Karl Roush of Colts Neck earned a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering; Nicholas Lelchitsky of Englishtown earned a Master of Science in Computer Science; Kayla Dunn of Freehold earned a Master of Science in Analytics; Elise Brown of Marlboro earned a Master of Science in Quantitative and Computational Finance; and Nathaniel Cohen of Marlboro earned a Master of Science in Analytics.

Joseph Butler of Freehold has been named to Fall 2021 dean’s list at The Citadel, Charleston, S.C. Cadets who are named to the dean’s list receive a medal which is worn on their uniform during the semester following their academic achievement. Non-cadet students on the dean’s list are presented with a certificate.

The following local students have earned degrees from University of Maryland Global Campus, Adelphi, Md., in Fall 2021: Andrew McLaughlin of Colts Neck, Bachelor of Science, Management Studies; and Argenis Penate of Colts Neck, Bachelor of Science, Psychology.

St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester: James Bushover of Manalapan, who is majoring in history and computer science; and Eve Golden of Englishtown, who is majoring in biology.

Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester: Michael Cenname of Freehold, Joshua Cooperman of Marlboro, Julia LaCap of Freehold, Tyler Mercado of Morganville, Max Pirozzi of Freehold, Mackenzie Schultz of Colts Neck, Dylan Sheppard of Marlboro, Gillian Zack of Colts Neck and Tyler Mercado of Morganville.

Ryan DiPede of Morganville, the son of Anne and Michael DiPede, has been named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester as a business management major at The College of New Jersey, Ewing Township.

Michael DiPede of Morganville, the son of Anne and Michael DiPede, has been named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester as a criminal justice major at Saint Peter’s University, Jersey City.

Hamilton College, Clinton, N.Y., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester: Matthew Buneta of Morganville, a first-year student, is a graduate of Colts Neck High School; and David Parker of Morganville, a first-year student, is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School, Lawrenceville.

The University of Scranton, Pa., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the Fall 2021 semester: Leanne Kelly of Freehold, Victoria Caruso of Freehold, Emily Schlindra of Marlboro, Kelly McGovern of Manalapan, Christian Rivero of Freehold, Olivia Diana of Marlboro, Lindsay Tucker of Manalapan, Alexandra Colecchia of Freehold, Thomas Lafferty of Manalapan, Anthony Di Rienzo of Manalapan and Anthony Marra of Manalapan.

Daniel Ehling of Freehold has been named to the Fall 2021 provost’s list with a 4.0 GPA at Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y.

Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y., has named the following area residents to the Fall 2021 dean’s list: Morgan Furstenberg of Morganville, Ashley Lashenick of Manalapan and Gabrielle Schroeder of Morganville.

The University of Rhode Island, Kingston, R.I., has named the following area residents to the Fall 2021 dean’s list: Andrew Baquero of Morganville, Olivia Buonomo of Marlboro, Bryden Delaney of Marlboro, Sophia DiBlasi of Morganville, Emily Gitelman of Marlboro, Alexis Hogan of Morganville, Nikki Klar of Manalapan, Justin Kleeger of Marlboro, Raquel Klein of Manalapan, Devin Lehrer of Morganville, Michael Nortwich of Marlboro, Meghan Roeder of Freehold, Laila Rosenthal of Marlboro, Alie Royle of Colts Neck and Hailey Trotta of Freehold.

Faith Sun of Manalapan has earned a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colo. Faith received the degree at the conclusion of the Fall 2021 semester.

The University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisc., has recognized students named to the dean’s list for the fall semester of the 2021-22 academic year: from Manalapan – Ashley Seemann; from Marlboro – Jordan Barkin and Dara Heiss; and from Morganville – Rosie Marder, Olivia Metzger (dean’s high honors), Jacob Plotkin, Alexandra Seidler, Brooke Silverstein and Adam Wolf (dean’s honor list).
