Margaret Figliolino, a junior political science major from Freehold, has been named to the Le Moyne College, Syracuse, N.Y., Fall 2021 dean’s list.

Naga Ganti of Manalapan was recently initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest all-discipline collegiate honor society. Naga was initiated at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Manalapan residents Sabine Hasan and Alexandria Persico have been inducted into Pi Theta Epsilon, the occupational therapy honor society at Quinnipiac University, Hamden, Conn. Founded by the American Occupational Therapy Foundation, Pi Theta Epsilon’s mission is to promote research and scholarship for occupational therapy students.

Loyola University Maryland, Baltimore, Md., has named the following area residents to the Fall 2021 dean’s list: Kristen Carman of Freehold, Kaleigh Donohue of Englishtown, Conor Flynn of Colts Neck, Ashley Luca of Marlboro, Maria Maricic of Morganville and Matt Wan of Freehold.

Emerson College, Boston, Mass., student Chad Fruscione of Marlboro participated in the Emerson Stage production of “Rage,” which ran from Feb. 28 to March 1 at the Greene Theatre. Chad is majoring in musical theater and is a member of the class of 2025.

More than 400 students at East Stroudsburg University, East Stroudsburg, Pa., are gaining hands-on experience this semester through internships, clinicals and student teaching placements. Justin Tumulty, a professional and secondary education major from Manalapan, is among those gaining experience as a student teacher in the Bangor Area School District.
