A 46-year-old Trenton resident was charged with two counts of possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 for allegedly having a cracked windshield May 23. During the motor vehicle stop, police observed prescription medicine in plain view in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle turned up prescription medicine that was not prescribed for the driver. He was processed and released.

A 55-year-old Jamesburg man who was stopped by police on Route 33 for allegedly not wearing a seat belt was charged with drug offenses May 23. Police observed suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia in plain view and conducted a search of the vehicle. The man was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a cell phone while driving, possession of a controlled dangerous substance while operating a vehicle and having a suspended registration. He was processed and released.

A 32-year-old Montclair resident was charged with two counts of prescription drug possession without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia after a police officer stopped the car on Route 33 for allegedly having inoperable license plate lights May 16. The driver was arrested and turned over to the Hamilton Township Police Department on an outstanding warrant.

A 26-year-old Jamesburg woman was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after a police officer saw her car allegedly weaving on Route 130 May 20. She allegedly failed field sobriety tests, was processed and released.

A 54-year-old Trenton man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after he was stopped by police on Route 133 May 21 for allegedly failing to stay in his lane. He allegedly failed field sobriety tests, was processed and released.

A 29-year-old Trenton resident was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after police observed the car allegedly weaving on Lake Drive May 21. The driver allegedly failed field sobriety tests, was processed and released.
