Hopewell Valley 15U Travel Baseball Team won the United States Amateur Baseball League (USABL) Central Division Championship on June 19 by defeating the Warrington A’s 11-7 in a back-and-forth contest. It was a great all-around team effort, led by a complete game pitching gem by Nick Skibik, according to the team’s manager Andrew V. Yadamiec.
