Amanda Sabia of Jackson has been named to the Central Penn College, Summerdale, Pa., dean’s list for the Spring 2022 term. Amanda is majoring in physical therapist assistant.
Tyler DiGiovanni of Howell has been named to the Spring 2022 dean’s list at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s campus in Port Orange, Fla. Palmer College of Chiropractic has campuses in Davenport, Iowa; San Jose, Calif.; and Port Orange, Fla.
Emerson College, Boston, Mass., awarded degrees to the following Howell residents during its 142nd Commencement at Agganis Arena on May 8, 2022: Joseph Colucci received a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies and Patrick McGarry of received a Bachelor of Arts in media arts production.
The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication showcased 70 films at the 25th Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y., Student Film Festival. The annual year-end event included 26 thesis films as well as documentary, experimental, intermediate and advanced films. More than 20 students, including Alivia McGarry of Howell, were recognized for creating exceptional films in categories such as screenwriting, editing, sound and production design, and cinematography.
