A 23-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with possession of a fraudulent government document following a motor vehicle stop on Route 579 Aug. 7. He was found to be operating the vehicle with an alleged fictitious temporary registration. He was processed and released.

A 48-year-old Hopewell Township man was charged with burglary and defiant trespass after police were called to a Washington Crossing-Pennington Road home for a trespassing complaint Aug. 5. He was processed and released.

A 41-year-old Pennington man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Crossing-Pennington Road Aug. 5. He had allegedly been operating a motor vehicle while he was under the influence of alcohol. He was processed and released.

Cash and jewelry valued at about $200 were reported stolen from a house on Woodmere Way sometime between Aug. 4-5. The burglary was reported Aug. 5.

A laptop computer valued at about $4,000 was reported stolen from a vehicle on Scotch Road Aug. 4.

A 49-year-old Trenton man was charged with shoplifting Aug. 1. He allegedly took miscellaneous items valued at about $600 from the ShopRite grocery store on Pennington Road July 28. He was processed and released.

A 21-year-old Trenton man was apprehended on an outstanding warrant from East Windsor Township after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Route 31 July 30. He was processed and released.

A 59-year-old Bronx, N.Y., man was charged with possession of a fraudulent government document following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Crossing-Pennington Road July 28. An investigation revealed that he had allegedly been driving the vehicle with a fake temporary registration. He was processed and released.

A 38-year-old Hopewell woman was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and hindering apprehension following a motor vehicle stop on Route 579 July 28. She allegedly provided a false name to police because she allegedly had an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County, Pa. She was allegedly in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia. She was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.
