A 32-year-old Fairless Hills, Pa., man and a 33-year-old Hamilton Township woman were charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia following an alleged shoplifting incident at Walmart on Route 130 March 7. The man was also charged with shoplifting and possession of methamphetamine. They were processed and released.

A 49-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving after a police officer observed his car weaving and speeding on Route 133 March 5. He allegedly showed signs of impairment and was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. He was processed and released.

A 51-year-old Plainsboro Township man was charged with driving under the influence, assault by auto, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and other motor vehicle violations following a two-car crash on Route 33 Feb. 28. The crash caused non-life threatening injuries to the other driver. The man allegedly showed signs of impairment and was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. He was processed and released.

A 22-year-old Freehold man was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving following a motor vehicle stop on Lake Drive Feb. 25. He allegedly showed signs of impairment and was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. He was processed and released.

A 48-year-old Hightstown woman was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and reckless driving after she was involved in a car crash in the area of Mercer Street and Hickory Corner Road Feb. 25. She allegedly showed signs of impairment and was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. She was processed and released.
