He was processed and released.

A 33-year-old Hightstown man was charged with driving under the influence, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to maintain lamps after he was stopped because his car was weaving on Twin Rivers Drive May 20. He was processed and released.

A 30-year-old East Windsor Township man was charged with shoplifting for allegedly leaving ShopRite without paying for merchandise valued at $228.38 May 14. He was processed and released.

A 48-year-old Willingboro man was charged with shoplifting for allegedly leaving the Target store on Princeton-Hightstown Road without paying for $289.14 worth of merchandise May 13. He was processed and released.
