A Taylor Terrace resident discovered their identity had been stolen after receiving a notice from a collection agency for unpaid bills from AT&T totaling $1,247.48. The victim investigated and found that someone had used their identity to open the account. The incident was reported March 14.

A Flemington man was charged with driving under the influence following a single-car crash on Harbourton-Rocktown Road March 10. He was processed and released.

A Brinley Drive resident reported March 9 that her identity had been stolen. The victim told police that she received an email alert from Credit Karma stating that her credit score was negatively impacted because of an energy account billing that was being sent to a collection agency for being delinquent.

A trailer that had been reported stolen was recovered from a field on the corner of Scotch Road and Washington Crossing-Pennington Road March 7. The owner was contacted and the trailer was returned.

A victim lost $200 after receiving an email questionnaire requesting their Social Security number. The victim provided the full Social Security number and was scammed into sending money. The incident was reported March 7.

A Denow Road resident was charged with theft for allegedly taking a package from the vestibule of the Birchwood at Hopewell apartment building March 5. Surveillance video showed the suspect entering the vestibule and taking the package.

Tools valued at $6,200 were reported stolen from a garage at a Second Street home in Hopewell Borough overnight between March 3 and March 4. The victim reported hearing voices outside overnight, and discovered the theft upon checking the garage.

A Trenton woman was charged with shoplifting for allegedly taking items worth $700.44 from ShopRite at the Pennington Circle without paying for them March 3.
