He was a graduate of Trenton Central High School, Class of 2023. Vinny was a kind soul with a keen sense for figuring out how things worked. He loved to tinker and take things apart to make them better. He was a talented self-taught musician with a piano he found on the sidewalk, which he repaired and tuned all on his own. He had an ear for melodies and harmonies and could learn to play any song by ear. Vinny was a vital pillar in his family and entire community and was very loved by all he met.
In his spare time, Vinny loved to spend quality time with his family and pets, ride his bike throughout Mercer County Park, work on his car, exercise at the gym, listen and sing to a variety of different genres of music, and most of all, play his piano, keyboard, trumpet, and drum set. Vinny enjoyed watching football and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Vinny loved to eat and enjoyed a variety of foods from American classics to traditional Guatemalan and Hispanic foods. Vinny had an outstanding work ethic and believed in working hard to achieve his goals in life. He was loved at all the jobs he held by both employers and customers alike. Vinny would always be willing to help out his family, friends and neighbors with everyday tasks such as taking their car for oil changes, washing and cleaning their cars, helping set up any technical equipment like cameras, television sets, or assess phone issues and would give anyone a ride home if they needed one. Vinny was also an active member in his church community and would play his instruments during church events and gatherings. Vinny lived for laughter and would love to cheer up anyone that needed a smile with his great sense of humor. Vinny was a true reflection of selflessness and kindness and held a spirit that was larger than life itself. With a “heart of gold,” Vinny would do anything for anyone.
