William “Bill” J. Hawryluk, 98, of Monroe Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at his residence in Monroe Township.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, after graduating high school Bill moved to Indiana to attend college. Upon completing his bachelor’s degree in Radio Engineering from Tri-State University, he enlisted in the military during WWII. After his military service, Bill worked as a hardware consultant for Unisys for many years, as well as RCA. In his free time, Mr. Hawryluk loved to go on cruises with his wife Gladys. Bill was known for his intelligence and kindness.
Predeceased by his parents, Stephan and Agnes Hawryluk and his wife, Gladys (Wilson) Hawryluk; he is survived by his niece, Karen Lambert of Upper Chichester, PA, his nephew, Michael Lambert (Rose McCarthy) of Philadelphia and his cousin Monica Udvari of Hollywood, PA.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at A.S. Cole Son & Co., 22 North Main Street, Cranbury, NJ with a funeral service and prayers at 11:00 a.m.
Interment services will be held in Jermyn, PA at a later date.
