A 35-year-old Princeton man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on North Harrison Street at 2:21 a.m. June 23. He was also issued summonses for failure to keep right, reckless driving and careless driving. He was processed and released.

A victim reported the theft of his Samsung cellphone, valued at $250, after he left it unattended at a Nassau Street business on June 23.

A 56-year-old Elizabeth man was arrested on active warrants totaling $3,000 from the Raritan Borough and Somerville municipal courts after a police officer was sent to check on a man who was walking in the middle of Nassau Street at 12:02 a.m. June 22. He was yelling and allegedly consuming alcoholic beverages in public. He was also issued a special complaint summons for having an open container of alcohol in public. He was processed and released.

A 45-year-old Bay Shore, N.Y. man was charged with driving while intoxicated for allegedly being under the influence of a suspected illegal narcotic after he was stopped for littering from a motor vehicle on Nassau Street at 2:50 a.m. June 22. He was also issued summonses for reckless driving and failure to observe a traffic control device. He was processed and released.
