Class: Cuts of Meat (Weekend Workshops)

Description: Get acquainted with various cuts of meat and their best uses to heighten your food knowledge and cooking skills. In this hands-on workshop, you will break down and debone various meats, such as sirloin, prime rib, and chuck. Learn to cut, season and prepare meats like a pro. Learn how the texture and flavor of the cut are determined and discover different recipes that best suit each cut of meat. Our top chef will teach you professional cooking techniques associated with each meat and show you how to make delicious, complimentary dishes for the perfect meal.
