The holidays can be a stressful time. Join us at the Woodbridge Main Library December 9 at 7PM as Marriage and Family Therapist Terry Jeter guides us on how to relax and think mindfully. Participants will leave knowing how to stay present during the holidays; minimize stress, anxiety, and depressive moods; work through grieving of loss ones; and reduce the level of family stress.

Terry Jeter is a Marriage and Family Therapist by Profession and an “Up and Coming Motivational Speaker!” “LoveCoach LifeCoach” Who Advocate for Healthy Relationships and the Importance of Mental Health. Terry is dedicated to coaching men and women through to, “Their True Authentic Self!” Terry takes on a collaborative approach in helping men and women clarify specific relationship struggles and general conditions in their life or profession.  The end results provide valuable and effective solutions to their specific struggles.  

Currently, Terry provides In Home Crisis Counseling for children, teens/adolescents, young adults and their families.  Offers a wide range of services-from individual coaching, Key note speeches, love coach-recover from broken relationship, life coach-regain authentic self, seminars and workshops on building better relationships.  

This is a hybrid event! This event will take place in-person at the Woodbridge Main Library. If you do not feel comfortable attending the event in-person we will also be streaming the event via Zoom.
