Join winemaker Conor Quilty and Amanda Lentine of Metá Café for a dinner celebrating the conclusion of the wine grape harvest season. Metá is the latest creation of Amanda and Michael Lentine, the couple who brought Politi’s to Ferry Market. Ferry Market is a gourmet food court in New Hope where Unionville has a wine bar, and Politi’s developed a rabid following for their imported cheeses, cured meats, and out-of-this-world sandwiches.

6:30 Hors d’oeuvres
Raclette Station: Hot Raclette cheese wheel scrapped to order over a selection of bread, fruits and vegetables.
Passed:
Lamb Lollipops with a rosemary crust.
Butternut squash soup shooters served with grilled cheese.
Lemon whipped ricotta, olive tapenade and sardine topped crostinis

7:00 Dinner
First
Delicate greens served with fresh figs, crispy prosciutto, shaved fennel, and parmesan crisps finished with a balsamic emulsion.

Second
Cacio e pepe- handcrafted black pepper zucca pasta finished with 18 month aged Grana Padano cheese.

Third
Parmesan and herb crusted Airline Chicken breast served over sage risotto accompanied with haricot verts.

Dessert
Assortment of mini pies including apple crumb, chocolate pecan and citrus blueberry.
Each course will be paired with a wine from Unionville Vineyards. Guests are welcome to a tour with Conor on the crush pad and in the barrel building to observe harvest season at 5:45pm.
