JCC of Middlesex County along with Hackensack Meridian Health JFK Medical Center will be hosting a Health & Wellness Fair on Sunday, Nov. 3rd 11am-3pm.  This community event includes several health screenings, fitness demos, free flu shots, a free puppet show and many health and wellness professionals for all ages.  For more information contact Paula Rann at 732-593-5962.
