We are excited to bring back our Gallery Series this spring and continue our exciting and engaging online series showcasing works from the Princeton University Art Museum’s outstanding collection! This session will be on May 12, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and its theme is Highlights of French Art. Join Connie Shaffer, Museum Docent, to discover the treasures of French art from the Princeton University Art Museum’s collections. Through close looking and visual analysis, this program will explore French paintings from the 18th and 19th centuries. From Boucher and Chardin to Toulouse-Lautrec, discover the artists’ particular styles and how they reflected the spirit of their times. This event is free for members and $10 for others.
