It’s that time again when Dorothea’s House opens its doors to the polenta-loving public. Join us for the annual Polenta Festa on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020, at 5 p.m.
In the past, visitors have shared numerous variations of the humble cornmeal dish, from polenta with lentils, to polenta with mushrooms and cheese, to polenta with sausage. For this gathering, please bring your favorite polenta dish to share. Bring your contribution piping hot, since oven space is limited.
