Parents, guardians, school district case managers and state agency representatives are invited to learn about Project Search at Jefferson Health, the award-winning work immersion program for students with autism and other disabilities entering their aging-out year. The program is based at Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital and Jefferson Stratford Hospital.
Interns in Project SEARCH at Jefferson Health receive:
- Total workplace immersion – full days onsite at Jefferson Health
- Hands-on training and career exploration
- Special education to help interns transition into careers and build social skills
- State agency support from DVRS and DDD based on eligibility
- Networking opportunities
There are two FREE Virtual Open House events to learn more about the program:
