As 2019 comes to an end, our thoughts turn to new beginnings and a fresh start. The best way to lift our hearts and start fresh is to meditate on compassion. Compassion purifies our mind, gives us tremendous energy to help others, and creates a deep inner peace in our hearts that cannot be disturbed by changing conditions. Gen Wangden will explain how to develop a pure compassion that gives us energy and prevents fatigue. We will end with prayers to Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion.
