Event Type

Within driving distance from all over New Jersey, Greenwood Gardens, a non-profit 28-acre public garden in Short Hills New Jersey, offers a sensorial walk through the flora, fauna, fountains, Arts and Crafts follies, and antique garden ornaments from a time gone by. Visitors feel the effect of the timelessness of Greenwood as soon as they drive through the main gates where a graceful London plane allée lines the entrance drive, creating a sense of peace and order. The entire place captures a moment in time but also embraces the now.

The Executive Director Abby O’Neill said: We are experiencing a steady flow of visitors since the opening in May this year and visitors have been saying: how “beautiful” and “well-kept” it is even in comparison to many other public gardens.
