Samaritan is hosting a pair of virtual workshops entitled Timely Conversations to encourage families and healthcare providers to have conversations about advance care planning, a process that enables individuals to make plans about their future health care. Dr. Stephen Goldfine, Chief Medical Officer, Samaritan, will share tips and resources on having these difficult, yet important conversations. Samaritan is holding the workshop in honor of National Healthcare Decisions Day to inspire, educate and empower both the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning.
