Enjoy food, rides and entertainment at the L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival, an event hosted by Law Enforcement Against Drugs & Violence (L.E.A.D.), in Voorhees Township, New Jersey at the Voorhees Town Center.
The carnival is open to the public from:
Thursday, June 2 – Saturday, June 11
The hours are:
Monday – Friday: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday: 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Along with fairway rides, performances will be held by Scott’s World of Magic, which are included in the general admission price of $5. Midway will be provided by Amusements of America. The carnival will benefit the L.E.A.D. program, which provides services “on the street” and “in the classroom” to bring law enforcement and communities closer together, in Voorhees Township. The “in the classroom” program is taught by 3000 trained instructors in 41 states. L.E.A.D. has the only proven effective, law enforcement-focused anti–drug, anti–violence curriculum for K-12 students in the U.S. The L.E.A.D. curriculum is taught over the course of a 10-week program to educate youth on how they can make smart decisions without the involvement of drugs or violence.
