Get out and explore Girl Scout camp!

Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore invites families to take a trek with us through beautiful Camp Sacajawea and discover the outdoor adventures that await summer campers.

Camp Sacajawea welcomes girls, entering kindergarten through eighth grade, and their sibling brothers, ages 5-12, for our outdoor summer camp programs, which begin June 21, 2021.

We’re hosting walking tours on Thursday,  Feb. 4, by appointment.

Going to camp is a big decision, now more than ever. So, join us on a walking tour and learn about our focus on safety and all the exciting activities that we have planned to help campers thrive in the outdoors.

Girl Scout camp will feature one-week sessions filled with activities such as archery, arts and crafts, boating, swimming, nature, STEM (science technology, engineering, math).

We’re proud to note that Camp Sacajawea opened for summer 2020 during the pandemic with no cases of COVID-19 among the campers or staff.

We’re accredited by the American Camp Association and follow its safety measures, along with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and local health commissions.

Come out and experience our camp, which sits on 144 wooded acres in southern Monmouth County.

To ensure a safe, socially-distanced walking tour, please schedule an appointment.

Financial assistance is available to families in need and special savings are available to families who attend an open house and register for camp within 48 hours. The first 75 campers to register by March 1, 2021 will receive an exclusive camp swag item.
